As we embrace the next decade of the millennium, families have an increase in responsibilities to supporting and caring for their elderly family members. The baby boomer generation is getting older and needs in-home support, companion care, and basic assistance around the house. Many of them don’t want to move into assisted living, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), or Nursing homes. They prefer to remain in the confinements of their homes, functioning as independent as they possible can.
They welcome assistance, as long as it means that they can remain in their “comfort zone”. Care Team, LLC. will provide care workers to provide non-medical assistance on a daily basis to help with personal and household needs. Our careworkers are compassionate, energetic, responsible, and empathetic to the needs of our customers.
Eldercare services include, but are not limited to:
- Driving to appointments;
- Assistance with medical appointments and helping the elderly to better understand providers;
- Serve as an advocate;
- Assistance with shopping, light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, etc.
