1. Is CareTeam, LLC a Home Health Agency?
No, we are not a home health agency. We are a non‐medical service provider offering
companion and personal assistance services to adults, nanny and babysitting services to families,
and substitute child care workers to Child Care Facilities.
2. What is the CareTeam, LLC difference?
We will hire, train, and monitor workers assigned to your family home and/or facility. We are a
staffing agency, therefore all workers will be either a temp‐to‐perm placement or a direct hire.
We will also provide support and guidance with locating additional community resources for
families and facilities. We are willing to provide a select group of customers with discounted
services based on a sliding fee scale. Additional financial information and approval will apply.
3. What are the CareTeam, LLC forms of payment?
We prefer payments via the PayPal link on our site. Since we are not a Home Health provider,
we don’t accept Medicare or Medicaid payments. We will be able to accept some forms of Long
Term Care insurance. We will bill the family and they will be responsible for seeking
reimbursement from their insurance company. Please call the main office for further details.
